By using SHIP X, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. Use of the Service

You must be at least 18 years old to use SHIP X. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

3. Deliveries

SHIP X connects riders with independent drivers. We are not responsible for the condition of items during transport beyond the standard of care expected of a professional courier.

4. Payments

All prices are displayed before confirmation. Payment is charged upon delivery completion. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

5. Prohibited Items

You may not ship illegal items, hazardous materials, live animals, perishables without appropriate packaging, or items prohibited by local law.

6. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the value of the delivery order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by applicable local law in the jurisdiction where the service is provided.
