Delete your SHIP X account

You can ask us to delete your account and personal data at any time. This page submits a verified request to our team — final erasure typically completes within 30 days.

What happens when you submit this form

  • Your request is queued for review by our privacy team.
  • We will contact you at the email you provide to confirm your identity if needed.
  • Once confirmed, your account is deactivated immediately and permanently erased within 30 days.
  • You can also delete your account directly from inside the SHIP X app: open the app and go to Profile → Settings → Delete account.

What we delete

  • Your profile, contact information, and credentials.
  • Saved addresses, payment-method tokens, push-notification tokens, and chat history.
  • Delivery history that is not tied to a still-active counterparty record.
  • Driver-uploaded documents (license, registration, insurance) once retention windows expire.

What we retain (and why)

Some records must be kept for a limited period to comply with legal, tax, fraud-prevention and financial-audit requirements. Retained records are pseudonymized — they no longer identify you personally. This includes:

  • Anonymized delivery and payment receipts (up to 7 years for tax compliance).
  • Aggregate ride and pricing analytics that contain no personal identifiers.
