Automatic Refunds

You will receive a full automatic refund if:

  • No driver accepts your delivery request within 30 minutes.
  • The driver cancels after acceptance.
  • A technical error results in a duplicate charge.

Cancellation by Rider

If you cancel before a driver is assigned, you receive a full refund. If you cancel after a driver has accepted, a small cancellation fee may apply to compensate the driver for their time.

Damaged or Lost Items

Claims for damaged or lost items must be submitted within 24 hours of the delivery attempt. We will review each case and may offer a partial or full refund based on the circumstances.

How Refunds Are Processed

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card provider.
